Service Description

Yohanes has been practising as a registered advocate of the Indonesian Bar Association since 2010. He has represented numerous domestic and international clients in various litigation cases before Indonesian courts and arbitration forums. In addition, Yohanes has also been assisting clients with a wide range of services related to employment law, including drafting or reviewing employment contracts, company rules and employment dismissal documents, and negotiating with labour unions.
